Butchered and packed on site
The farm's butcher cuts your goat into large skin-on pieces, about 6 inches. We pack it on site in sealed food-grade bags, with organs, head and feet bagged separately.

We drive your order to your door in insulated containers on your batch date.

Questions
Do I choose my exact goat?
No. Every goat is 60 to 70 lbs live weight, and we select yours at the farm on delivery day. Live weight is before processing, so the meat you receive weighs less.
When can I order?
Not yet. This site is a preview while we finalize suppliers, permits, and delivery. Join us at launch.
Are organs included?
Yes. Every goat comes with washed organs in their own sealed bag. Intestines and other tubular organs are pressure-washed. The head and feet come bagged together.
What if a goat isn't available for my batch?
We'll contact you to move you to another batch or refund you. We never change your order without asking.
